Monitoring - Jobvite will be performing a maintenance update to our Analytics / New Reporting module starting roughly at 6pm PT and expecting completion within an hour. If this changes, we will provide an update accordingly.

During this time, customers may have issues accessing Analytics / New Reports and scheduled reports will be queued and delivered upon completion of the maintenance.

Resolved - Our Operations team were able to identify and implement a fix for the email delivery issue as of 1:17pm PT. During the email delivery delay, no emails were lost and have since been successfully delivered.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with email delivery. Both inbound and outbound messages are being queued on our server instead of delivery. We don't expect any message loss, but there is currently a delay.

Our Operations team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve. We will provide an update as more information becomes available.

Monitoring - Newly opened Requisitions are now posting normally.

It appears we were having issues pushing data into the index- this prevented updates to Requisitions from appearing on the New Career Web Site.

We will continue to actively monitor the site closely.

Monitoring - Jobvite is always improving the performance of our application. One significant enhancement to enable static content associated with the Jobvite application to be closer to our customers just launched. For some customers, this enhancement could be the cause for some of these assets not loading properly.

If you are unable to view the assets of the Jobvite application please ask your local IT department to ensure that the following domain is not blocked by any firewall or proxy within your network: jvicdn.com and app.jvicdn.com
