Scheduled - As we continue to work on resolving the recent reporting issues, Jobvite will be taking New Reports (only) offline for a special maintenance window on Thursday for up to two (2) hours starting at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

During this period, New Reports will not be available but all other elements of the Jobvite Platform will remain available. If you are experiencing any problems accessing New Reports, please try again after the current maintenance is complete.

Any scheduled reports during the maintenance window will be queued and sent at the conclusion of maintenance.

Resolved - We were able to finalize the implementation of the fix at 8:14pm PT. Since then, our team has been monitoring our reporting tool and we have not identified any further errors.

This incident has been resolved.

The root cause of this issue was identified to be a load capacity issue on our reporting database. To resolve this issue, we readjusted the capacity and fully rebooted our server.

Identified - Customers using New Reports in the Jobvite application may be experiencing issues running or loading Reports.

If you are able to access the Reports page and need to run a report, please try to schedule the report. For the duration, instead of “Daily”, schedule the report to run “Now”. This will schedule the report to be run in the next 5 minutes.

Our Engineering Operations team has identified the issue and are working on a resolution with our hosting provider.

Resolved - As of 9:42am PT, all candidate profiles that were queued in our database have been updated and are now available under the Candidates tab. New candidate applications will be available immediately.

Identified - Customers may experience an issue where new Candidate applications are not available under the Candidates tab. We experienced a large latency spike in the database that the Candidate submissions are routed through and are queued in the database. The team has implemented a fix to address this.

Please note: No Candidate profiles are lost and will be available once the fix has been completed.
