We conduct routine maintenance and business continuity testing every quarter in the Staging environment UI (https://app.jvistg2.com) and API (https://api.jvistg2.com) include a refresh of the primary data stores.

During the maintenance the site will not be available for customer acceptance testing or other staging activities.

Resolved - The issue impacting analytics data delays in Production has been resolved. Data syncing is currently in progress; however, it may still take additional time for all records to update and reflect the latest information fully.

We are closing this incident, but please allow time for the synchronization process to complete.

Monitoring - The issue causing delayed analytics data in Production has been resolved. Data syncing has resumed; however, it may take approximately 2–3 hours for all records to fully update and reflect the latest information.

Verifying - The Talent Fit module has now been fully re-enabled and is available for customer use. All core functionality is restored, and Talent Fit is actively running for jobs in the system.

Our engineering teams are continuing post-restoration verification to ensure ongoing stability and accuracy. As part of this work, some processing for previously opened jobs is still being completed in the background, and results for those jobs may continue to populate incrementally.

We will continue monitoring closely and share additional updates if needed. Thank you for your patience as we complete these final verification steps.

Update - We have begun incrementally processing Talent Fit results across jobs, and customers will start to see updates appear over the next several days. This phased approach allows us to restore functionality while managing system load and ensuring data accuracy.

This is a resource‑intensive process, and as a result, updates may occur gradually as processing continues. Talent Fit results will populate progressively until processing is complete.

We will continue to provide regular updates as this work progresses, and we appreciate your patience as we complete the remaining restoration activities.

Update - Work continues on the Talent Fit module, and our engineering teams have made significant progress validating fixes and reviewing the impact of proposed changes. With this work now nearing completion, we are moving through final validation and restoration activities. The module will remain temporarily disabled during this final phase.

We expect customer access to the Talent Fit module to be restored on Monday, May 4, 2026. Once re-enabled, Talent Fit will be active for all newly created jobs. Results for previously opened jobs may not be immediately available, as historical data will continue to be reprocessed following restoration.

We will provide our next status update no later than 3:00 pm Pacific on Monday, May 4, and expect to share additional details at that time regarding the completion timeline for historical processing. We appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as we complete this work and fully restore service.

This work is taking longer than initially anticipated, and to ensure a thorough and stable resolution, the module will remain temporarily disabled while these efforts continue.

We will provide a further status update no later than 5:00 pm Pacific on Tuesday, April 28. At that time, we may also be able to share a more specific ETA for restoration, or sooner if more information becomes available.
