Onboarded module - April 18th Maintenance Apr 18, 2026 11:00-11:50 PDT

Our Onboarded OEM partner will be undergoing a one-time infrastructure upgrade which will make our services unavailable for 50 minutes.

API and Dashboard access for the Onboarded platform will not be available for the anticipated 50 minutes of downtime.

We conduct routine maintenance and business continuity testing every quarter in the Staging environment UI (https://app.jvistg2.com) and API (https://api.jvistg2.com) include a refresh of the primary data stores.

During the maintenance the site will not be available for customer acceptance testing or other staging activities.
