We conduct routine maintenance and business continuity testing every quarter in the Staging environment UI (https://app.jvistg2.com) and API (https://api.jvistg2.com), including a refresh of the primary data stores.
During the maintenance, the site will not be available for customer acceptance testing or other staging activities.
This maintenance window will include the staging refresh originally scheduled for September 25, which did not occur as planned. We apologize for the confusion caused by the missed refresh and follow-up communication delays.
We understand that staging refreshes are an important part of many customers' testing and planning processes, and we appreciate your patience as we worked through scheduling changes. This refresh will bring the environment up to date and restore our normal refresh cadence.
